Zach P Smith is a Mortgage Broker located in Littleton, Colorado. He has been in Mortgage and Real Estate industry since May of 2003 after he graduated from Colorado State University. He specializes in first time homebuyers, real estate investment loans, reverse mortgage, and Refinances. He works primarily with Conventional, FHA, VA, Jumbo, down payment assistant loans and USDA Guarantee Loans. His goal is always the same – provide useful and reliable information so the Customer can make an informed decision before entering into a real estate transaction. This includes providing estimates of what the monthly mortgage payment would be on a wide range of pre-approved prices, as well as estimating the closing costs and down payment needs so there are no surprises at closing. Living in Colorado since 1988, Zach enjoys the outdoors; hiking, biking, birding, snowshoeing. Producing music and spending time with friends and family are some of his favorite things to do as well. He has been married to Brenna Smith for 5 years and they have just welcomed their first child, Elijah Michael, to their family.
