Tracy Toomer-Couvson

Toomer brings of wealth of knowledge and experience into the senior care industry primarily from her past 20-year career with powerful brands like Planet Fitness, no judgment zone; Starbucks Coffee Company; pour your heart into it and Denny’s; a place open for everyone that celebrates the uniqueness of all people. As an operations executive Tracy has been in the "people business" serving others and making a difference in the lives of her teams, colleagues, and customers so the senior care industry brings out her natural strengths and her passion to fight for others. Tracy served on the Executive Leadership Team from 2013 - 2015 for First Coast Go Red for Women, American Heart/Stroke Association and served on Baptist Health Foundation board from 2015 -2018 in Jacksonville, Florida. Seeing her parents & grandmother age, made Tracy ask herself, “would this be enough for my loved ones?” Tracy resides in Allen, Texas with her multigenerational family. Her parents who have been married for 58 years and her four-legged 10-year-old brother Bruno. In her spare time Tracy enjoys Pilates, the water and spontaneous road trips.
