2 years ago, Tracey began to shift her focus within her 30-year mortgage history towards providing Reverse Mortgages for both refinance and purchase. She loves working with older adults and their families by evaluating their situation, needs and goals in order to help determine the best program and options for them. To be eligible, the primary borrower needs to be at least 62 years old and hold full home ownership and substantial equity in the property. The property needs to be a primary residence and the borrower(s) will still be responsible for property-related expenses such as home insurance, taxes, dues and maintenance. All borrowers must undergo required counseling.
