Sue Gibson

Sue Gibson helps families find assisted living, memory care, board and care and independent living in San Luis Obispo county. She checks the state care and violation reports and only recommends safe options. When she first meets with a family Sue conducts an in depth Care Assessment to fully understand their needs “ medical, social, financial, geographical, help with ADLs etc. She then selects several options that would be a good fit and shares a fact sheet with the family so they can preview the options. There are over 100 homes and communities in her territory. She tours with her family (live or virtually via zoom) to be there to ask and answer questions. She follows up 2, 7 and 30 days after move in to be sure all is going as planned. This is a FREE community service. She is compensated by the homes and communities in her network. She has been doing placement for 9 years and has helped more than 800 families. Although Sue's main focus is on San Luis Obispo county she has CSA contacts throughout the USA and can help clients throughout the USA so don't hesitate to contact her regardless of which city you are looking in.
