I am a REALTOR®, a Certified Senior Advisor®, and a Certified Financial Planner® working in the Senior Market. My focus is on helping REALTORS®. I am retired from doing real estate transactions, only referrals. I help the REALTORS® to assist their senior clients, and their families in areas other than real estate. I do this with a team of professionals that are experts in their various fields. Through them, the REALTOR® can provide services in areas that they can’t do, don’t want to do, or aren’t licensed to do. Together, we form an integrated team that can solve most any senior related problem. The main things that I provide are planning and education to the REALTORS® and their clients. My main focus is as an instructor for the SRES® class/designation, this is my specialty. I have also helped with 3 of the revisions of the course. . Active with both NAR/SRES® and CAR in bringing new ideas to SRES® that will enhance the designation, help other SRES® agents, and update and introduce new ideas.

I have created and teach a follow up course to the SRES® class called "What SRES® Didn't Teach You: How Far Down the Rabbit Hole Do You Want To Go?" which explores topics that were not included in or only lightly touched upon in the basic SRES® such as long term care insurance, Medicare, caregiving, crypto & AI, cost of care, and much, much more.

I serve on the Certified Senior Advisor's® editorial board for the quarterly CSA Journal in which I help find topics and authors for articles for the publication I also approve, review, and recommend changes to submitted articles.

I do much volunteer and advocacy work with a variety of organizations too.
