Sheila D. Stith

Sheila Stith is President/CEO of Stith & Associates Health Insurance Agency, Inc. In this role, Sheila leads a team of sales agents providing all aspects of health insurance, including Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, individual and group health plans for large and small entities. Sheila is licensed to sell insurance in more than 30 states, including Alaska! Before starting Stith & Associates Health Insurance Agency, in 2006, Sheila worked for Aetna Inc. as a Medicare Inside Sales Associate, and later a broker to pilot their Captive Agent program. Sheila founded Stith & Associates Health Insurance Agency in 2006 and was considered a top agent in state of Pennsylvania. Sheila’s current business success is firmly rooted in her early career experiences. She started her professional career at AAA Mid-Atlantic, Inc. She rose through the ranks, from a senior administrative position in payroll where she was promoted to supervisor of the driving school with oversight responsibility in six states and later ascended to manager. She also represented AAA Mid-Atlantic, Inc. as Director of the Driving School in the state of Pennsylvania where she served on the committee to write the Drivers curriculum standards that are in place currently. This was followed by a position as a tax examiner for the Internal Revenue Service. Sheila’s varied background in healthcare, marketing, and management provides the perfect foundation for her mission to educate and advise. In particular, she holds a special affinity for the senior population and the many challenges they face. In 2012, she received her designation as a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA). Sheila prides herself in providing health insurance services that empower the individual, small business, and the Medicare population. Due to her dedication and service to these markets she achieved a qualifying level of sales six (6) concurrent years as a member of the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT), four (4) Court of Table recognitions and two (2) Top of the Table recognitions. Sheila’s concern for others is extended to her active involvement outside of work, in her church and community. Formerly a member of New Era Baptist Church, she served as Co-Chair of the Trustee Board for over 10 years and currently a member of the Financial Ministry of Enon Tabernacle Baptist Church (East). She is also a National member of Women in Insurance and Financial Services, as well as a local member for the Philadelphia Tri-County chapter, Board of Directors for the Montgomery County Senior Adult Activities Center, Board of Directors for the Montgomery County Foundations Board, and a member of the Society of Certified Senior Advisors Compliance Board.
