I am Rodney Ross, the Co-Founder and Managing Partner, of Ross Insurance Group Advantage. I spent 21 years in various Operational Management Positions at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, before establishing the Ross Insurance Group Advantage Agency. Our Agency is “Mission Focused”, whose emphasis is providing Medicare information, options, and availability in a manner that is as easily understood and comprehended as “Dr. Seuss” books. Our goal is to present, and represent, Medicare in a way that every Medicare Beneficiary, and their caregiver, can feel comfortable making their own decision about which Medicare Plan and option best meets their needs and circumstances. On the basis of the large number of referrals we receive from existing clients we believe we are meeting our goal; but we continue striving everyday to “be better” and to “serve better”.
