Dr. Mari Renna, PhD, MA, RN is a Certified Senior Advisor providing services in the San Francisco Bay Area and throughout the United States. Dr. Renna provides consulting services for the advancement of healthcare organizations. She creates and launches administrative programs that enhance operations for healthcare organizations and home care agencies. Her design and implementation of management operations are structured to ensure financial and operational stability, and there is a strong emphasis on risk management and quality improvement in managing complex and sensitive issues related to regulatory compliance. Dr. Renna develops and implements provider and staff education programs for safety improvement and risk reduction strategies. She facilitates organizational development processes that create effective staff dynamics and interpersonal relationships.
