As our parents grow older and start to need us more (whether they think so or not), it’s as if we just got a new job, and not necessarily one that we applied for or trained for. I'm an executive coach who helps adult children of aging parents Clients come away from their coaching sessions feeling more organized, confident, comforted, and hopeful.

Maggie Miller, M.S., Certified Senior Advisor (CSA)®, has extensive experience in:

• Facilitation & mediation
• Education & training

As Maggie worked with nonprofits and in education over the years, she was continually reminded that “meeting people where they are at” is the most effective way to enhance their self-confidence and productivity and ultimately the impact they make in the world.

As she matured and as her parents and in-laws grew older, Maggie began to reflect on the aging process, and her interest in gerontology grew. In early 2020, she decided to marry her coaching vocation with her avocational interest, and coach adult children of older parents.

Now, nonprofits continue to consult with Maggie for program evaluation, AND individuals engage her services as a coach.
