I provide personalized consultation and advocacy for seniors navigating through the seasons of the "fourth quarter" of life, from caring for grandchildren to helping elderly parents to making choices about healthcare and how to gracefully age. I help with Advance Care Planning focusing on quality of life and what matters most to you. I am willing to engage with you about loss, death and dying, and life review. I enjoy hearing people's stories. I can also conduct workshops and educational seminars.

Biographical Information:

I "grew up" in hospice and palliative care and have spent more than half my life engaged with people in the trenches of illness, grief, and loss. I am a Registered Nurse and also have a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration and an Interprofessional Graduate Certificate in Palliative Care. My passion, my ministry, is to serve as a traveling companion to seniors aged 60+.
