At Aging123, we take an personalized approach to placement and/or the resources needed by an aging adult or their loved ones. Our working motto is 'one size fits one'. Our goal is to find you or an aging loved one appropriate placement options and resource available only after assessing the care needs (physical, social and emotional), any budgetary concerns and geographic preferences of every client we take on. We want a complete picture before we start making referrals or recommendations. It's only after we get to know our clients and their needs, desires and goals that we can select the options that are uniquely right for them. We are a FREE service to aging adults and their loved ones. Here's how it works: If you choose one of the referral options we have provided you - and if we are contracted with them - we receive a percentage of first month's rent. In essence, we are reimbursed by our providers.
Julie Derry is a former Senior Marketing Executive and E-Commerce pioneer with over 25 years of experience leading the Digital Experience for large retailers such as Harry & David, REI, Guitar Center and See's Candies. In 2015, Julie left the corporate world and spent a year searching for a career opportunity where she could make a real difference in people's lives. This pursuit led to opening a senior placement agency, where Julie supports aging adults and their families during times of need. As a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA), Julie helps families find assisted living, independent living, memory care and in-home care. Her passion for serving the aging adult population is only exceeded by the satisfaction she experiences upon successfully helping her clients achieve peace of mind. Julie is a founding member and past President of the San Diego Chapter of the National Placement and Referral Alliance. She is on the Board of Directors and the Chair for Oasis Lifelong Adventure and on the Board of Directors for Glenner Centers. Julie has a an MBA from Southern Oregon University
