I am a licensed attorney for over 30 years, and practice Estate Planning to include but not limited to Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Healthcare Directives/ Living Wills, HIPAA Authorizations, Probate of Estates and Probate Administration, and work with Seniors the vast majority of my time with my law practice, which includes Conservatorships, Adult and Minor Guardianships, and Litigation on any of these matters where needed and appropriate.
I have been an active CSA since 2006 and enjoy working in a collaborative professional environment where the input of medical/healthcare professionals, financial/investment professionals, and Estate Planning & Elder Law attorneys is highly valued and these people can work together to optimize and achieve their common clients' needs and goals.
I am a U.S. Army veteran and Army-West Point (United States Military Academy) graduate, Class of 1984. I grew up in Los Angeles County, California. I am licensed in California since 1994, since 1997 in Washington, and since 2021 in Idaho.
I have been a member of the Society of Certifed Senior Advisors since May 2006 and have served the organization in several ways, including as a member of the Discipline and Certification Board, and also as a member of the Certification Examination board.
