Interim HealthCare has 10 strategically located offices in the Carolinas which services 27 counties, providing services under various programs which include, but not limited to Direct Medicaid PHP Managed Care Plans, Veteran Affairs, Home and Community Block Grant, Respite Services, and staffing for Exceptional Children's programs, staffing in facilities, on-site communities and private pay whether it is in a facility or private home, Private Duty nursing, Infusion Therapy Programs.
Our Home Care Services are designed to provide in-home personal care services, both skilled and non-skilled, to allow our patients to remain safely in their homes.

Interim HealthCare can provide care 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Interim also provides an on-call RN and Client Scheduler that may contacted outside of normal office hours.
