Crystal Barr

Crystal was born and raised in Perryville, MO, a small-town south of St. Louis, MO. Upon graduating from high school, she moved to St. Louis to further her education. She graduated with an AAS degree in Occupational Therapy Assisting in 2007. She specialized in working with the senior population in skilled rehabilitation, and home healthcare, and later moved into healthcare education. At the beginning of her career, she met her future husband, got married, and started a family. With the support of her husband, she was able to continue her education while working full-time and raising a family. She earned a bachelor’s degree in healthcare management and a master’s degree in healthcare administration. As she continued to grow in her professional career, she soon became co-owner of Interim HealthCare in St. Louis, MO in 2016. As the owner of Interim HealthCare in St. Louis, she is passionate about motivating her team, providing additional education/training, hiring, and recruiting top-line healthcare professionals, and most importantly, providing the support needed to allow our seniors the ability to age in place in the comfort of their own homes by providing great quality home care services.
