Annette Fisher is a highly experienced professional with over 26 years in the mortgage industry, specializing in reverse mortgages for nearly two decades. She is a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA) and a Certified Aging in Place Specialist (CAPS), offering seniors financial solutions to age in place with dignity and independence. Since 2009, she has been originating reverse mortgage loans at Fort Funding Corp. (NMLS 39463), where she continues to help seniors access their home equity for renovations, home care, and more. Annette’s extensive knowledge of reverse mortgages began during her time at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, where she was recognized as one of the top 10% of reverse mortgage originators nationwide.

In addition to her mortgage expertise, Annette is the owner of BRESRE Realty Inc., where she works as a licensed real estate broker. With a unique focus on helping seniors, her real estate services include concierge offerings such as project management for renovations and staging homes for sale. Her goal is to ensure seamless transitions for older adults whether they’re downsizing, relocating to assisted living, or selling their homes to fund long-term care.

As the owner of Golden Maturity Inc., Annette also provides eldercare consulting and residential assisted living placement services. Established in 2010, Golden Maturity is a full-service agency dedicated to helping families find the best care options for their elderly loved ones. Annette and her team specialize in locating Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care communities, with placement services offered at no cost for private pay options. In addition to placement, Golden Maturity offers various consulting services, including patient advocacy and assistance with aging in place. Annette is passionate about helping families make informed decisions, often during challenging times.

Currently, Annette serves as a Board Member of the Senior Umbrella Network Queens Chapter (SUN-Q) and is the President-Elect of The Brooklyn Board of REALTORS® (BBOR). She is also a past president of the Women’s Council of REALTORS® Brooklyn Chapter, Business Professional Woman - Brooklyn Chapter, BNI Morning Money Makers, and Sea Gate Garden and Social Club. Her leadership and volunteer efforts continue to positively impact her community, with a particular focus on seniors.

In addition to her professional roles, Annette teaches Continuing Education Credits on reverse mortgages to Social Workers, Nurses, and Lawyers, demonstrating her commitment to educating others on the benefits of financial tools for seniors.
