Andrew Drufke has a passion for helping individuals exemplified by years of hotel management experience in the Chicago and Indianapolis area. This passion has guided him to the financial industry. Born and raised in Downers Grove, Illinois, Andrew graduated from Illinois State University with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing. Upon graduation he began his career in hotel management. Hospitality nurtured his desire to assist others and lead a team. His career includes experience in Salt Lake City, Atlanta, New York, Pittsburgh, and St. Louis. Through years of leading others and networking, he noticed the financial knowledge gap. The continuous living paycheck to paycheck and the belief you can’t get ahead was all too common among hard working individuals. Andrew left his career to fill that knowledge gap for others. A constant learner and frequent visitor to the library, he is focused on being a valuable source of knowledge and comfort for others. It’s imperative that all those who seek help may find it. Providing peace of mind, clarity, and guiding others on their financial path are top priority. He has gained holistic knowledge on Social Security, Medicare, tax planning, investments, income, and retirement planning. Proud resident of the Indianapolis community, Andrew is happily married and kept busy by his three kids. Attending cheerleading, softball, soccer, and coaching baseball are just a handful of kid activities. When it’s time to get away, nothing beats a secluded cabin on a lake. He is inspired by Jim Rohn who declared: “Time is more valuable than money. You can get more money, but you can’t get more time.”
