Amanda Varga

With an eclectic professional background, Amanda has experience in both the professional caregiving realm and the corporate world. From 2014 - 2022, she and her family found themselves balancing the needs of three generations in one household when they became hands-on Family Caregivers. Amanda started CareTreks, LLC with the mission of providing personalized guidance to Family Caregivers of aging loved ones to help them become more competent and confident Caregivers. CareTreks works with families 1:1, partners with other service organizations, and has developed a unique employer-sponsored benefit to help employers support the Family Caregivers in their workforce. Amanda has a Bachelor of Social Work degree, is a Certified Senior Advisor, Certified Alzheimer's Educator, Qualified Medication Administration Personnel, Advance Care Planning Guide and Certified Living in Place Professional. She is on the Leadership Team for the Denver chapter of Certified Senior Advisors, a Brand Ambassador for the Living In Place Institute and a Community Partner for eLivelihood.
