Deann Mitchell has focused her life and her career on the simple goal of helping other. She specializes in assisting people who are struggling to put the financial pieces together. Deann has worked in the financial service industry for 30 years. In 2005, Deann passed the comprehensive CFP® Certification Exam, which tested her abilities to apply financial planning knowledge to real-life situations. Although many professionals may call themselves “financial planners,” CFP® professionals have completed extensive training and experience requirements and are held to rigorous ethical standards. They understand all the complexities of the changing financial climate and will make recommendations in your best interest.

As a Certified Senior Advisor, Deann understands how to build effective relationships with seniors because they have a broad-based knowledge of the health, social and financial issues that are important to seniors, and the dynamics of how these factors work together in seniors’ lives.

Deann is also a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA). A CDFA® professional is a financial professional skilled at analyzing data and providing expertise on the financial issues of divorce. The role of the CDFA® professional is to assist the client and his or her attorney to understand how the decisions he or she makes today will impact the client’s financial future.
